great location to town and ntl parks

Went to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Ntl parks. House was clean and spacious, quiet neighborhood.

A beautiful stay!

The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean in a nice neighborhood. Our host Jaime was very attentive and quick to respond. I would book again!

VERY NICE HOUSE, ONLY 3 BEDROOMS AND OFFICE. CLEAN, NICE NEIGHBORHOOD. BACK YARD NEEDED TO BE MOWED. PEACEFUL, WOULD RECOMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN.

Visit to see family

My husband traveled to Carlsbad to visit his family. We thought it would be easier for him to have a VRBO especially since he was traveling with our dog. He was very impressed with the home. It was great also to have a fenced in backyard for our dog. It was just him traveling, so the house was plenty big, and would be more than accommodating for a family as well. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here when we go to visit again.
