DESCRIPTION: The villa has two parking spaces: one private (max 3 cars) and the other in front of the entrance to the villa (max 2 cars). It is distributed on several levels with independent entrances. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, a large living room with veranda overlooking the sea, two double bedrooms with private bathroom. One room overlooks the swimming pool, the other has a terrace from which you can admire the sea and the beach. On the first floor there is a large living room with sea view, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom and sea view terraces. One room gives access to a small living room where there is a single sofa bed. On the second floor is a room with a French rocking bed and sea view terrace. High chair, cot, baby bath tub. Infants free up to 2 years
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT: The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms. Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, 4-burner induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, cooler and 4 hairdryers.

LINEN The house is equipped with bed linen, towels, tablecloths, blankets, kitchen linen, beach towels, baby sheets.
ON REQUEST SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES AT PAYMENT: linen change, intermediate cleaning, babysitting, dinghy rental, bicycles and scooters.
Before check-in, it is mandatory to sign a rental agreement and to provide identity documents for all guests.

Guests agree to use the air conditioning responsibly. Excessive use of air conditioning causes machines to break down and results in damage compensation.

Non-drinking water available to guests: 1500 litres per day.
