"The room that we were first given was very dusty and looked as if it had not been cleaned for a long time so we were given another room. In this room the heating did not work so we were given a stand alone heater. The up side was that the gentleman on reception did everything he could to resolve these issues which he did to our satisfaction. The breakfast was very nice and the service from the one lady that went round like a hurricane doing everything was first class."
