"Staff were always helpful and friendly. Access to the kitchen was great; unfortunately there was construction in the room above us from 8am to 6 or 7pm each day. The noise made it unbearable to stay in the room except when workers took a break for siesta. "

"Was a little difficult to find because there was no sign or reception. It was like a B&B so I had to call them when I was outside so someone came and open and gave me the keys. Rooms are simple. Comfy bed but walls are superthin so you hear everyone talking or watching tv. Also from street outside you hear everything. But was ok for a couple nights. Good location near catedral and just across the street from the big central mercat. "

"No curtains, no heating , the doors and windows don't fixed you feel sleeping on street with out temperatures and noise inside. The bell was ringing a lot and the personal were spiking hours.. all the plugs were broken and the cover of wc not secure."

"Do not stay here. For one, it’s not even a hotel. I booked a hotel room via hotels (dot) com and when I arrived there was no-one there to check me in. I called the number on the booking and no one answered ( it rang out 3 times in a row). I was about to call the hotels (dot) com website when I got a phone call back and they said the person has gone home, they can not help me and hung up the phone!.... it was only 9pm! "Lovely hotel in the old town centre. Good rooms and nice complimentary breakfast included. Close to restaurants and bars, however, beware of the narrow streets if driving and parking is some distance from the hotel."
