"We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the window was amazing. There were a few little things wrong with the room - we couldn't keep 2 of the windows open as they were broken and paper was starting to fall off the ceiling - but the hotel is being refurbed, which they do have a sign outside telling you, so I'm sure any issues like that will be sorted. Apart from that, the staff are brilliant, so friendly and helpful, even though they seem to rushed off their feet. The location is perfect, everything in Grange within easy walking distance, and the train station is a few minutes walk away if you wanted to use the hotel as a base to use the train to see other places. The breakfast there was very nice, and a good choice of options, and the evening meals served in the pub are very good value, well cooked, tasty and large portions. We will definitely go back."

"Really enjoyed this weekend away. We had a family room which had 2 singles and a double, it was a very large room with gorgeous high ceiling and window overlooking the road quiet location. The staff were all lovely and very welcoming. Enjoyed having access to the pool which the kids loved. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all hot which is sometimes missing in some venues. Breakfast was buffet and no complaints. I would say my only gripe was the kids menu in the restaurants, its £15 for 2 courses which for us is expensive when you have multiple children and out of touch to other restaurants. Our children shared a meal as we new they wouldnt of finished 1 each, it just felt a rip off to be honest when they had such reasonable offers on the adult menu. We had the 4 tapas deal which felt really good value so it was shame the kids meal deal was so much. We would still stay here again "
