"The location was great - close to the train, bus, and metro, Tivoli and City Hall, with nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were bright and roomy, with comfy pillows and duvets and a good sized closet and small desk area. Plenty of plugs w/ USB outlets for charging electronics. "Unbelievable place to stay! Could not have been any better. Staff was exceptional and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great location near the train station but walkable to everything! The only thing I did not like about the inside of the unit was the vanity in the bathroom had very little room to put makeup hair dryers, curling irons, flat irons, etc while getting ready with two people, due to having the sink and the filtered water sink in the same spot.. there was storage underneath...

"Taxis have to pickup and drop off on a side street around the hotel which is not convenient when you have luggage. Elevators are small and hard to get in and out of. Room was facing the street and noisy. Bathroom was small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways. All the amenities were 5 star."
