"The hosts of this listing are a delightful couple. They were so welcoming with their own fresh eggs, homemade olive oil and cannolis. They had a basket full of local treats and pasta if we wanted to cook. The place is a little challenging to find but worth it. The property is beautiful and relaxing. "A quiet property in a quaint town very close to the airport but far enough away you never hear airport noise. It is very safe and clean property with restaurant options within a short walk and easy free street parking outside. I would definitely stay here again. The upstairs suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a large terrace with a pool that would be a perfect retreat on a hot day. It’s a great location as a home base for sites in the area or before or after a flight. "

"Wonderful villa immersed in a lush garden and with a terrific infinity pool, I just loved it. The house is very comfortable, absolutely spotless, fully equipped with new cooking tools, washing machine, AC and exterior lounges, honestly nothing is missing. It's located in a prestigious area surrounded by other gorgeous villas and is a few steps away from the sandy beach of Carini. The center of the town is about 500 meters away, Villagrazia di Carini, where you can find basically everything you need. A point of strength of the place (apart the BBQ area by the pool!) is the proximity to the metro station, is about 2 kms away and the weather is so beautiful in Sicily that you can easily reach the tube by foot while you enjoy a typical sicilian ice cream. We went twice to Palermo by tube, we opted for the underground as we heard about the terrible traffic that you encounter in Palermo when you go by car. The underground service is handy and efficient so we had a smooth trip to Palermo, we enjoyed it. Lastly, I'd like to thank Mariangela and her son for the assistance that they gave to us, impeccable owners as whenever we reached out to them they were available and happy to assist us on any questions. Overall, we have to say that we had a great stay and we will surely be back. Five stars villa, highly recommended! ;)"
