"Check-in process was a nightmare, female staff was horrible, I usually give the benefit of the doubt esp to those in service however this lady was mean and very unhelpful. Another instance when I arrived after a certain time the sliding doors were closed and had to knock which there was 2 staff behind the desk, they both glanced up and looked back to their computer screens, I knocked again and they still didnt move, after a few seconds later one of them came and opened the door. I apologised...
