Alan, the owner of the property was so very helpful during our entire stay. He always took the time to talk with us about the activities available and how to arrange. This property is within walking distance to everything we needed. His staff is friendly and the breakfast was always very good. This property was always clean. I would highly recommend Lulas! We stayed in the "mariposa" suite which included kitchen facilities. Very clean. Attentive knowledgeable staff. Owner/manager personally came to our unit to inquire about a glitch with a Boquete tour operator. REAL drinks at evening reception. REAL breakfast. We were 3 adults- parents with young adult son and the suite was perfect- enough room and privacy for all. The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly...

The Inn at Palo Alto was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Boquete. The service was excellent, and Marcello and Margarita, in particular, made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone.
