"Rooms were always cleaned!! Turndown was always a nice thing returning to the room fresh. Staff great from Edgar, to water aerobics Keila, everyone very attentive. Swim up bar music is low sun only hits certain moments. All and all the property is nice, its big so it does seem empty at times, its def more of a couples type of resort.
Food was eh, not one place knocked us out the park.
The spa was completely disappointing wjen we showed up for our massage my wife wasnt feeling well and the staff there said they prefer not to do massage and yet I still get charged a penalty fee... 🙄🤔.
We enjoyed our stay but not one to come back too."
