"The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and hospitable. Their Jack Russel Terrier is adorable, equally friendly. Our bathroom was HUGE and immaculately clean. Really enjoyed a relaxing soak in the tub and enjoyed the view of both the farmland with cows and sheep, and the side yard with hydrangea in full bloom in the daylight. Bed and pillows were incredibly cozy, and the full Irish breakfast (plus fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola; tea/coffee; croissant and scone) were delicious. We enjoyed the company of the other guests at the large 8 person dining table."

"Very nice lodgings, plenty of room for 10. The town is very small with almost no dining but centrally located, although the ride to Kilkenny, an enjoyable town, got a bit old. Enjoyed the Kells priory and nearby Kings Mill rest -outstanding Italian food. Also really enjoyed Ormond castle and Cahir castle"

"The place was so unique and beautifully furnished! We were there with our teenage daughters. The place was clean and had all the things we needed. If you’re traveling in the summer- it was very hot, especially in the upstairs room."
