"This was an excellent location. Very friendly staff and ready to help. Rooms and showers were clean. Liked the advantage of having a fridge in the room and water coolers throughout the property. AC in room was working excellent. Included breakfast was very good and we liked the fact that the property was located conveniently to reach walking all in town amenities, but still in the quieter end of the main road. If needed, walking distance to airport."

"Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort, Esthefany and the entire staff were very accommodating and made certain that all of our needs were met. The resort offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere and the views were picturesque. We enjoyed a private boat tour of the island which included snorkeling, dolphin watching, and relaxation at the beach and we also participated in the zip line experience. Orbitz did not provide an option to add on the transfer from the airport to the boat tender (less than 5 mins away) but there was a gentleman from the resort that shuttled our group to the tender upon arrival. Great experience!!!"

"There was lots of privacy and peacefulness. Nice wall muralsand plenty of seating options, room felt very spacious. In case it rains there all kinds of US streaming services. Kitchen was complete with welcome ground coffee,teas and spices. AC works really well even by American standards. Yes there is a 5 gallon tank of potable water. And within a 5 minute walk there is a convenience store which had the basic necessities even sourdough bread and IPA beer aside from other regular brands. There was nothing more we could have asked for with one exception being a handrail for the steep stairs for the elderly traveler. But will certainly recommend this place to others. Host was also very flexible with move in and out times. Was very enjoyable."

"This was our favourite stop on our 3 week trip. This property is a piece of paradise. The bungalow over the water was amazing - clean and spacious! The breakfast was wonderful and the lunch and dinner options were also amazing. We loved the nature trail and we made good use of the paddle boards on offer. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. All of the staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were wonderful with our 16 month old. Special shout out to Rafia (sorry if this is spelt wrong) - he was brilliant with our son! This hotel will always be our favourite holiday destination. Thank you so much everyone, we hope to be vac one day!"

"We really did not know what to expect going to Bocas del Toro for the first time. We could not have picked a more perfect spot. World class surfing out the front door, million dollar room views, a beautiful beach and snorkeling that rolls up onto the beach bar. Staff is extraordinary, in fact, everyone was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! The property is beautiful. Very clean, safe and quiet. The lodge staff and owners went over and beyond to accommodate any requests we made. 12/10! We are already planning a return trip! Highly recommend!"
