"Initial impression upon entering the property is very positive, pleasing to the eye. The view of the Ohio is very satisfying. A generous kitchen and great room make the stay so enjoyable. A very large screen TV that can be easily viewed from anywhere in the kitchen or great room. The internet connection allows for your streaming pleasure. That was easy. Bedrooms were adequate and comfortable. The Bathroom is a generous size with a shower and lavatory. Bathroom is well stocked to provide you with most all of the basic essentials. A washer and clothes dryer is offered, I however did not use them. The big deck allows for the comfortable viewing of the river. I hope a solution for all the stink bugs can be applied here.A fully stocked kitchen makes for a good place to gather for a home cooked meal with the family. All the rest of the accomodations were very good. All this, and it is affordable. I hade an enjoyble time here. Thank you. "

"Late evening, I’d forgot soap. The front desk girl did not hesitate, to bring me some. No “come to me,” she came and brought it. That was a first. Bed very comfy. Good shower she answered all my questions, over the phone. "

"Highly recommend this VRBO. My euchre club (7 ladies) stayed here while exploring French Lick, West Baden and Wilstem wildlife. Could have easily accommodated more people.We couldn’t have found a nicer place to stay. Convenient and private location. One of the nicest VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed at. Must be professionally decorated. Loved the outdoor space for our cocktail hour, the kitchen table was large for our dinners and, the living room was great for game nights. Dustin responded to our request to adjust the thermostat within minutes. Thank you!"

"We had 15 ladies and plenty of room. The beds were great. The only issue was the spiders and spider webs out on the deck, but the wonderful view of the River made up for that. We will definitely consider staying here again."

The first floor master suite was perfect for the couple who has trouble with stairs, the lower level was nice for another couple who like sports.The upstairs bedrooms/baths were very comfy and the home is stunning. It was a bit of a drive to French Lick, but the layout and amenities of the house made it well worth the drive. Well Done Courtney!"
