"Just a fantastic place to stay. If you're on the fence, book it. Will 100% stay here again next time we are in Glasgow. Amenities in the building were great, free laundry, gym, coffee in the room, snacks, books on art, areas to work or hang out, cafe downstairs. Room itself was very nice, comfy, clean, coffee was good. View for our room was just the building, but I imagine others have a nice city view. Area was good, easy to walk to places nearby. 10min walk gets you to the metro, or Glasgow Green park, restaurants, shops, bus stops. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well, made things very easy."

"Over priced student dorm. USB sockets that don't work in the room. Power socket that didn't work. No kettle or drink making facilities You have to pay for a vile cup of machine coffee from the reception. (better to head to sainsburys round the corner or even McD's tastes way better than this place) Breakfast had no coffee machine available due to poor stock control for the 'machine'. Instead there was a small jar of instant. If you wanted milk you had to root to the back of the buffet bar and grab the plastic milk bottle (they can't even afford to put the milk in a jug!) The 'continental breakfast' offering consisted of over baked bread and croissants but raw in the middle, and chocolate chip muffins that clearly hadn't had chance to defrost thoroughly. As for hygiene in the dining area, seems the one girl was afraid to get her over priced fake nails wet and the sanitizing spray was just for show. Overall.. they are not worth the money even if you joined the club. Stick to Premier inn or Travelodge even if its just for the room drink facilities!"

"Excellent location in Glasgow with restaurants and shopping walking distance. During my 2 night stay, I didn’t receive housekeeping service which was frustrating as I left my room at 11a, returned at 7p and a housekeeping cart was parked 2 doors away from my room. Front desk was able to provide what I needed."

"I gave this hotel a weak rating not because there was anything wrong with the hotel rather, It was my dining experience that was so horrible!!!! What the restaurant really needs is some competition with other dining options nearby. They are the only restaurant available which is apparent by the poor quality of food, high prices and really inefficient service. The servers were all very nice but they clearly need a lot more training. A very disappointing dining experience with a high price tag adding to the injury."

"After a couple of hiccups getting our assigned room things went great, this was all thanks to the reception staff. Not sure if it was down to booking through a third party rather than directly with the hotel itself that the hiccups with the room occurred"

"The hotel is lovely, clean and in a great location. There is currently construction on the street blocking access to the hotel. This was not disclosed at booking. The front desk did not answer the phone while we figured it out nor did they seem to care."

"We had a couple of issues with the bathroom which I reported on leaving as I was only staying 1 night. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. Location is also central"
