"Cottage was very comfortable for the 2 of us and quite sheltered from the strong winds at the time we were there. Everything we needed was there. Hosts are great communicators. Definitely stay there again."

"The setting is very relaxing. To be able to look out over the river was so nice. We did not want to stay in town. We found the short trip out to the property was well worth the effort. To be away from the noise and have such a relaxing setting really made the time there everything we wanted. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Loved the double push back sliding door to better take in the view and sound of the river. We would stdy again without a doubt. A real gem of a place. "

"We had a really great stay at this motel! The room was very spacious, clean, and to my surprise, it had two toilets (rm14), which was really convenient for our family. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, and I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay in New Plymouth."
