We stayed in cottage#2 and the place has been recently renovated with very comfy beds and ac in every rm. If you want to pay 3 star prices but want 5 star amenities this place isn't for you but your okay with 3 star value this place hits it out of the park. note swimming is an issue with all the weeds "

"What a beautiful spot! The cottage was clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner was clear and quick. The best part is the view from the huge deck looking out onto the water. There are lots of comfortable chairs and a huge umbrella for shade. We brought our own boat and were able to launch nearby (for a small fee) at Nahma lodge. "

"We had such an incredible trip! Our group ended up renting a pontoon boat that we were able to come and go right from the dock. Water was crystal clear which made swimming so enjoyable for us. We booked this cottage as it was one of the very few places that had both a hot tub and a sauna. Cottage had everything we needed. Will definitely book again for longer next time for sure."

"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. "The place is not as it is described and full of dirt and black molds plus strange insects on beds. The sheets are not clean at all and you have to wash them be careful. I would give zero star if I could as I am really disappointed. We had to sleep in the car"

"This was our 6th year of taking our kids and grandkids to a cottage. This cottage did not disappoint. Spent most of our week at the water. Between the dock and boathouse, we had beautiful views of Lake Muskoka. There was ample space at the docks and on the boathouse roof so all of us could enjoy our family week. "Three generation of our family really enjoyed our cottage stay. The cottage was well appionted, the access to the lake was easy for all ages and the outdoor space amazing. We only had one rainy day which took us into Gravenhurst for their great famers market; wonderful straberries and corn! Cara was a very attentive host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definetly recommend Richview to other families."

"Great property tucked away on the north shore of Head Lake. Very private. Great for young kids in terms of fishing and the paddle board and kayaks were a hit and kept them busy. Owners take great care to ensure everything is thought of. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks again. "

"The cottage is very beautiful and the lake is very clean. The location is absolutely gorgeous however, the only problem was the cottage is not cleaned when we went there. We have to clean. There’s also no wifi connection. The host, I would say okay but not consistent, not responding when I messaged him regarding the wifi connection. Also, the police came in to our cottage asking how many of us and saying that the owner of the cottage is not registered. Their neighbour on the side were asking if...
