"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel during our first visit to Barcelona! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the level of service truly stood out. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, and we really appreciated how attentive the staff were throughout our stay. They even took care of our luggage for us, which made everything so much easier and stress free. As first time visitors to Barcelona, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, cleanliness, service, and attention to detail were all exceptional. We genuinely felt welcomed and well taken care of. "The door into our room stuck horribly. I never could get it open. My travel partner had to open it with two hands and a lot of pushing and pulling. The shower water temperature was never constant. Hot - cold - hot - cold. Like someone who flushing the toilet next to the shower. Other than that we loved the hotel."

"Our room was very comfortable and the area is nice and quiet at night. Breakfasts were good. As in many hotels in Europe you need to put your key card into a slot in the room if you want to adjust the air conditioning or use some of the lights."
