"الإقامة رائعة ومريحة وشامل المواقف غرفة حلوة وفسيحة مشكلتها الشاور صغير "

"Convenience of airport shuttle was clutch. Also one of the best dinners we had our entire trip"

"Nice hotel, renovated . The bathroom and shower don’t have enough ventilation so when you take a shower the whole room has vapor Nonetheless the hotel was good and comfortable"

"I made a reservation for an Executive Suite for two adults and one four-year-old child and paid the full amount through Expedia. Upon check-in, I was informed that the only additional charge would be the city tax, for which I provided my credit card. However, after reviewing my credit card transactions, I discovered that I had also been charged €50 for an extra bed service that I neither requested nor received. The suite already contained two queen beds and comfortably accommodated my family,...

"The room was hot and stuffy. Front desk said that the ac was only seasonal and not available so we had to open the window. Luckily it was not mosquito season! The hostess at the restaurant and the bartender were both very nice and helpful. Food we ordered for room service was good. The room was billed as double queen but these beds were not queen size. "Everything was good we enjoyed"

"Free shuttle to Milan Malpensa Airport. Good restaurant attached."

"Good hotel and room size. Close to small town for local food."

"Great place with friendly staff"

"Personale e accoglienza favolosi! L’autista della navetta gentilissimo, come pure la ragazza alla reception. Hotel con navetta aeroportuale compresa nel prezzo ad una cifra molto competitiva. Colazione semplice ma con tutto l’essenziale a buffet. Forse le camere un po’ datate ma sinceramente letto comodo, stanza climatizzata, bagno ampio, quindi non ho molto da ridire"

"朝食が美味しかった。シャトルバスの手配がスムーズでありがたかった。"

"Staff was helpful and courteous. However, room service and cleaning staff were roaming through the halls late into the night speaking in loud voices and banging. This made it difficult to sleep. Food at the restaurant was overpriced and waited a long time for food with subpar service. Airport shuttle is convenient and makes transit to and from the airport stress free"

"2 star hotel, Not good experience"

"The hotel was clean & nice, but we have been surprised that the A/C not working for more than a week, we expected any complimentary from the hotel management to cover the A/C problem, but actually there was nothing. The breakfast was nice & the siting in the external terrace was good"

"Staff was not supportive to my needs as I reserved for infant inclusion however they charge additional €15 for the baby bed"
