"Initial impression down an ordinary street in a built up suburb was not great, but once inside the quirky, bohemian accommodation we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable and Laurence, our host, was very friendly. She gave us recommendations for dinner and tips on getting into Bordeaux via tram. "The outside of the hotel is not pleasant,but once you enter it is amazing. The living wall is great and sych a good idea, the eco items on the room are a great feature and well thought out. Our room faced the fromt but we heard nothing from the trams or nearby bars. The kitchenettes on each floor are a great idea and very handy and useful. The only issue we had on two mornings was the lack of staff in cleaning tables, hot drinks and replenishing items. Poor lady was rushed off her fault doing everything. "
