"Modern cute rooftop apartment in great location, tram stop in just one block away! We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the rooftop views of the neighborhood. Bed was firm and comfortable. PROS: great location, well appointed apartment, lots of windows with great cross ventilation. CONS: 3 story walk up (no elevator), street slightly noisy in the AM Would stay there again …."

La comunicación con Jacobo muy buena ya que me respondía a mis preguntas y nos fue a encontrar cuando llegamos. El fue muy amable y nos explicó todo lo del depto y nos dio un mapa donde nos sugirió restaurantes y lugares turísticos. El apartamento estaba limpio y es muy amplio. Lo único que les sugiero es que cambien la cortina del baño...

"It was a wonderful stay. Such a gem in terms of location, proximity to tram, and the view!! Plus for three adults, it was a luxury to all have our own rooms and bathrooms and access to a washer and dryer. It’s not fancy but it has everything we needed and we would happily stay there again."

"A strange and great place to stay. Excellent access to everything in the center of Bordeaux. A big apt and the best part is the excellent and private space out back. It's really nice to have that in town. The rooms do have a strange layout which might bother some - and it can be dark in some spaces. The main bedroom has a pull out couch for a bed and the windows open right onto the street so it can be noisy when trying to sleep - it didn't bother me much except when the trash collectors come...

"This apartment is in the best location in Bordeaux! Great restaurants, cafes, boutiques and market in mostly pedestrian area right outside our door! Stayed for 12 days, We loved it so much we booked another 12 days for next year!! Perfect for a couple. Only negatives, lots of stairs no elevator. Toilet on main story shower and sink in loft and loft stairs are very steep."

"The apartment has an unbeatable location — open the front window and you’re looking at Porte Caillhau, like your own personal castle. Trams are an easy walk, and you can jog along the river. Should mention it’s on the third floor — that’s fourth to Americans. My partner thought that would be a problem, but he quickly got used to it. Good exercise!"

"The apartment was well presented and clean, warm and comfortable in a lovely quiet building. The location was excellent with an easy walk to the centre and the tram stop virtually on the doorstep for going further out of town. There were supermarkets, a fruit shop and an artisan bread shop within walking distance and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering with all equipment in good working order. The owners were friendly and accommodating and responsive to any questions we had going...
