This romantic villa of 150 m² very well equipped, located in the Var, is quiet, hidden between woods and vineyards.
The 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 8 people. 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, fitted kitchen.
Near the terrace and the stone stairs is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, illuminated at night in which you can do some laps with a relaxing view of the surrounding woods.
You can stay connected on the internet with a wifi code.
Linen and an American gas barbecue are provided to facilitate your stay. The bedroom windows are fitted with fans and mosquito nets, if you want to sleep comfortably with your head in the stars.

What can I say, this was one of our favourite holidays! The villa has everything you could need, great pool, outdoor living, table tennis, boule. Set in nature you can unwind very quickly. The bedrooms are quiet and cool on an evening with air con if you need it. The track up to the house is bumpy however after a few times you soon get used to it. An Intermarché just down the road for all your supermarket supplies, we enjoyed visiting the night market in Carces. We have 2 children aged 11 and 8 they loved it here. A little piece of heaven. The owners always on hand if you need anything too. Thank you for having us all, we highly recommend this villa.

Wir hatten zu viert einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Es ist so wunderbar ausgestattet, alles, was wir benötigten war da. Wir finden, dass Marion und Stéphane das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet haben. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Hervorzuheben ist, dass gefiltertes Trinkwasser aus dem Kran kommt, das sehr lecker schmeckt. Unsere Hündin hat den ganzen Tag im Garten in der Sonne gelegen, während wir uns im Pool vergnügt haben. Während der zwei Wochen haben wir die Gegend erkundet und uns in Cotignac verliebt, sowie in die Wasserfälle in Carcès. Sehenswert auch der Strand in Ramatuelle, der auch für Hunde freigegeben ist und die Studentenstadt Aix en Provence. Jean Paul, der Vater von Stéphane, wohnt unterhalb des Hauses in seinem eigenen Anwesen. Er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Autominuten entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt/ Intermarché, preislich in etwa wie in Deutschland. Wir werden auf jeden Fall einmal wiederkommen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vollste Empfehlung.

Cadre idéal pour un séjour où le farniente provençale en pleine nature est une réalité. La maison et les extérieurs sont bien équipés et très agréables à vivre.Sans vis à vis. Merci à Esperanza et J.Paul pour leur réactivité et gentillesse. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Le site, la maison, la piscine, l'équipement correspondaient bien au contenu de l'annonce. L'endroit est idéal pour les personnes qui recherchent un endroit authentique, retiré et en pleine nature. La maison a une âme, on se sent un peu comme chez soi. Les propriétaires sont prévenants et attentifs au bon déroulement du séjour. A recommander!

Es waren zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem abgeschiedenen Haus bei Carcès. Schöner Pool, gute Ausstattung, viel Privatsphäre. Nette Betreuung durch Esperanza und Jean-Paul. Es fehlte an nichts. Einziger Manko: (Noch) keine Klimaanlage und der Ort ist für Einkäufe zu Fuß etwas zu weit weg.

Fijn vakantiehuis, rustig gelegen, in de natuur. Veel ruimte, lekker zwembad. Toegangsweg is voor de sportieve vakantieganger. Inrichting is compleet met een goed uitgeruste keuken, fornuis, oven, magnetron en afwasmachine. Grillplaat buiten. Ruim terras met grote tafel en loungeset. Tafeltennistafel, jeu de boules. Fijne ontvangst, lieve beheerders. Prima plek om met de auto de omgeving te verkennen: gorges du Verdon, middeleeuwse dorpjes, abbaye de Thoronet, Lac de Sainte Croix en nog zoveel meer.

La description correspond à la réalité. C'était juste ce que nous recherchions : piscine pour les enfants, nature et calme pour les parents. Le cadre de la maison (forêt) est propice au repos et à la détente. Calme absolu. La maison porte bien son nom "La Cachette". Les équipements sont très suffisants et en bon fonctionnement, une maison bien rangée, fonctionnelle, chaleureuse et accueillante. Idéal pour ceux qui aiment le farniente et avoir de l'intimité. L'accueil est sympathique, on a été aux petits soins avec nous, veillant à ce qu'on ne manque de rien. Nos ados ont apprécié cette parenthèse loin des écrans. Expérience à renouveler sans hésiter. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille dans cette maison bien équipée. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et le grand jardin autour de la maison. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets. Seul petit bémol pour l’état du chemin qui mène à la maison.

Descriptif conforme à la location et à l'environnement. Tranquillité, sérénité sont les maitres mots de cette Cachette. Jean-Paul et Esperenza, habitant dans la maison en contre bas, sont très disponibles et très avenants. Nous recommandons cette petite maison pour tous ceux souhaitant couper du quotidien et se ressourcer en pleine nature varoise.

Une propriété vaste sans aucun vis à vis ou l’on entend que les cigales chanter. La forêt entoure la propriété. Un décor qui dépayse du milieu urbain. La piscine Privée est agréable Et détend énormément. Les chambres sont assez grandes. Pergola, hamac piscine tout est réuni pour un séjour de calme et de détente. Des propriétaires au top, très sympathique, accueil chaleureux ... je recommande...

Une semaine de détente et de joies aussi simples que précieuses à La Cachette, grâce à ses propriétaires et à l’accueil et la serviabilité de leur famille qui vit à proximité. Merci à tous les 4, donc, pour un séjour qui donne envie d’y retourner régulièrement pour profiter d’un maison jolie et commode et un cadre apaisant et ressourçant, y observer des oiseaux, rêver dans les hamacs. Difficile, presque, de s’en extraire pour aller explorer la région qui pourtant ne l’a que pas dans d’intérêts elle aussi. À l’an prochain, Esperanza et Jean-Paul (les enfants attendent aussi avec impatience de revoir Mimi et Geronimo 😜)!

L'emplacement de la maison est bien isolé, ce qui permet de jouir d'une tranquillité totale ! Tout l'équipement nécessaire est là. La terrasse est très sympa et la piscine superbe. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et sympathique. Un grand merci à eux.

We had a lovely stay at La Cachette in Carces. It is so peaceful and the house is very well equipped. We enjoyed the great facilities with ping pong table and badminton and the pool was super. Lots of things to see and do in the area and our twin girls of 9 enjoyed helping to look after the chickens. Jean Paul and Esperanza were very welcoming and we enjoyed lovely fruit from their garden and fresh eggs from the chickens. Overall we had a fantastic week - thank you!

We have spent 2 weeks in August/September 2018 at La Chacette an we loved it. Again we found a very special place and met very special people. The house is located in a very calm area and so it is perfect to relax and regenerate. On the otherside we had a lot of fun in the pool, too. It is big enough to swim, play ball in the pool etc. Furthermore our guest familiy located in the next house was around whenever we needed support. It was great to meet them and to spend wonderful holidays!

La maison se trouve au bout d'un petit chemin dans la forêt, elle est confortable, on s'y sent bien! La piscine est très agréable et l'accueil est très chaleureux. C'est une région magnifique, on y reviendra certainement!
