Rooms were a bit small for 3 people but still comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but left feeling like we should come back to this hotel/city at some point in the future. "Staff are very attentive and pleasant. Room are slightly tight and the doors are a little difficult to lock. We had a plugged sink that drained very slowly. Air conditioner worked, but temperature did not match the setting. Overall fine. The location is so close to the castle entrance. Great location and ambiance. Parking is convenient. "
