"I was a little concerned when I first got there and saw the train tracks so close and you do hear them during the day but they don't go by at night so weren't an issue. Definitely a fun place to stay with a lot of things to do in the neighborhood. I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in town."

"We had a fabulous time at the Nelson lofts. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation. The owner was very responsive and helped with any questions we had during our stay. The lofts were so nice with plenty of room for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and it felt like home. We were able to walk to all areas downtown. We wish we would have found the lofts sooner. "

"An historic old general store that has been converted and updated to a modern, fun apartment. The back "Tiki Bar Deck" is literally "spitting distance" from the banks of the Mississippi River. the interior is completely modern with updated appliances, 4 TV's, an interior bar and a very comfortable living area. Also, the property is right on the river walk/bike trail. I have stayed at this property three times now and always go back when I am in the area. I highly recommend this property "
