"Pas cher mais entretien et insonorisation médiocre ( le bruit de la cascade est gênant quand on n a pas l habitude pour nous qui habitons à la campagne sans aucun bruit...) et le simple vitrage ne sert à rien. Pas d accueil physique tout se passe à distance. Il n y avait pas d allumettes on a dû attendre plus d 1h pour en avoir vu qu il n y a aucun commerce autour. "Listing on hotels.com a bit misleading. My three kids were craving wifi, which was one of the factors leading to reserving this hotel. However, it's not available in the apartments just by the reception/breakfast area. Also...we did not need AC as it was cool at night while we were there. However, there is no AC in individual units unless the owner turn it on for the whole complex. Not a big issue save for one: no screens on the windows. Had to choose between comfort vs letting a few...

"Everything about the Artiem was great, firstly the service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble, the style & ambience is relaxing & very well maintained. The facilities including the gym & spa were of a very high level. Unfortunately it was a little cold to use the outside pool but it looked very tempting. Breakfasts are excellent & other meals are flexible either a sharing plate or an ala carte meal. We liked the Artiem so much we extended our stay & would definitely recommend."
