"This was a last minute booking and my budget was small so my expectations were not very high. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sanremo. If, like me, you are unfortunate enough to get a room close to the adjacent petrol station, you might find your room is not dark enough for an undisturbed sleep. The room is basic but clean. My mattress was very hard. The free breakfast is adequate but only one cup of coffee offered!

"Faded glory. We enjoyed imagining the marble staircase hidden by the cheap imitation wood Lino and then imagining the beautiful cocktail bar and piano room, had it been open. The dining room was stunning, but the breakfast was less than ordinary. A glimpse into a lost past."
"A welcoming, small family hotel, actually part of a big sports club with tennis, football, paddle plus the Olympic pool.- The restaurant was excellent with delicious food and absolutely huge portions. We got to know all of the staff in four days. Hector, Nicholas, Massimo, Molla, and Patricia the owner were all just great!! Easy free parking is always a huge plus"

The space was an underground car space that was very difficult to park in as the space was very tight and had to reverse all way out up a ramp to get out of. On check out tried to charge us €20 for parking having mentioned nothing at check in. Advice park car nearby yourself"
