 Apartment furnished and equipped with great taste! High floor (eighth floor). Extremely quiet condo for leisure and holidays with family and friends. Located on the beach Martin de Sá one of the most beautiful beaches of Caraguatatuba, located in prime neighborhood and near Prainha, a very quiet beach for family with children and friends.

Apartment with two bedrooms being the first, a suite, containing: Balcony, TV, double box bed, cabinets, mirror, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower, closet and mirror. Very airy for being on the high floor.
The second bedroom contains: Balcony in the room four single beds, cabinets, and ceiling fan.

Dining and living room with Sky Cable TV, USB and HDMI input. DVD with USB input. ceiling fans, sofas two and three seats, dining table, balcony in the room with table and chairs.
All balconies in the apartment have a safety net !!!

Em 21 anos de Caraguá a melhor locação, apartamento limpíssimo, 8º andar ou seja, silencio, ar puro, visão maravilhosa, conforto total, segurança total, Viviane hiper atenciosa, a Zeladora D Lourdes então, que pessoa boníssima, atenta, educada e hiper colaboradora com tudo que precisar. Apartamento muito aconchegante, supriu todas as minhas expectativas, tanto a proprietária, como a sindica do prédio, são pessoas simpáticas e muito prestativas. Um lugar muito bem localizado, e com fácil acesso as outras praias, tanto para o lado de São Sebastião, como para o lado de Ubatuba. Parabéns Viviane por tudo. Amei, vou voltar mais vezes.

Excelente apto, a zeladora muito atenciosa, de td foi muito bom, lugar tranquilo e muito bom pra descanso! Ótima estadia! Adoramos, o local é exatamente como nas fotos, limpo, organizado , bem mobiliado , confortável, muito bom!!
