"Super quiet and clean. The staff were great and helpful. The gym was super small but I didn’t like we had to pay extra to use the pool. The breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommend this place."

"Som et par havde vi 4 overnatninger på hotellet. Meget hjælpsomt personale fint med ladestander i den underjordiske garage. Personalet ordnede det hele. Morgenmaden var fantastisk og igen et engageret personale. Der var desværre ingen gæster i lounge om aftenen. Der manglede en hyggelig udeservering. En tagterrasse ville være fint. Vores badeværelse havde desværre ingen termostat på bruseren og i håndvasken. Vandet var alt for varmt og det var svært at justere den rette temperatur. Området var dejlig stille, men der var stort set ingen restauranter i området. Generelt et fint ophold, vi vil gerne komme tilbage,"

"This is my second stay at this property. Location is one of the most central ones , near great shopping, restaurants and U bahn station (all within walking distance ). And the area is very quiet and very residential. Staff is extremely helpful, room is very comfortable, property has a great gym and breakfast is the star! Huge breakfast buffet with everything you can think of: scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, cheeses , salmon, it’s truly great. Keep up the great work you do !"

"A really friendly and luxury feeling hotel. We had a very comfortable three nights at the hotel and slept so well each night. Staff were all so welcoming and helpful. A lovely selection of items to eat on the breakfast buffet and all very fresh and delicious. We can not fault a single thing! Well done SANA Berlin!"

"Good location just a short walk from an U-bahn station and around a 15 minute walk from the zoo. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a family room with a sofa bed, which my son found to be too firm and not comfortable to sleep on. Lacking in wardrobe/drawer space. The room was very hot when we arrived but the air conditioning worked well to cool the room. Good shower. The room was quiet despite the hotel being located on a busy road. The breakfast buffet was good with the usual offerings you would expect to find - bacon, sausages, eggs, croissants, breads and pastries, meats and cheeses, cereals. Bar prices were reasonable. The bar area was quiet and relaxing in the evenings."

"A well priced and clean hotel. Beds were super comfy and the gym was decent enough to do a quick session. Reception was often not manned and we needed to wait a couple of times. They were also unable to provide ice buckets etc for the room. I would describe hotel as functional, but very good for the price."
