"Agriturismo Mare e Monti was amazing! This has been the best stay of our Italy trip. The family that runs and owns the farm welcomed us as if we were family. Mom is an exceptional cook and every meal was scrumptious. The food is cooked with fresh ingredients, including fresh eggs, and anything not grown on the farm is sourced locally. Oh! "Not exactly great. Room looked not like we expected as per the view on hotels.com. Barely any toiletries in room. Towels were mega thin (we did get more from the spa). Didn't feel it was as described and was disappointing. AC worked great though so that is goood!"

"The agritourismo is in a beautiful setting in Aglianico wine country. I had an injured knee so did not have rental car. Giovanni picked us up and delivered us to our next hotel in Amalfi. He arranged his friend Gino to drive us to winery. Wonderful hospitality!"

"We made this our home base for exploring Capri, Naples, Paestum, Pompeii, etc. Ana is the perfect hostess. Her daughter in law is a fantastic chef. Bruna the dog is a welcomed visitor. "The access to this property is not easy (lots of narrow and windy roads) but it is very secluded up in the hills. There were 7 people in our party and we are aware there is another bedroom which is open to let so you may end up sharing the pool/accomodation if this is leased. There is also an apartment below owned by the same villa owners which means you can expect visits from Claudio or other unexpected staff "passing through on their way to the other property..." not too intrusive but be aware...
