"Lovely boutique room, so close to the centre of the old town, and easy walk from the station (10 minutes and this with luggage on wheels). Breakfast 8-10, well presented, nice breakfast in charming room. Our host, Anna, was terrific- easy check in, had already advised on best way for us to get from Domodossola to Milan/Malpensa airport when departing so we had out bus tickets booked and so easy transfer to the airport (bus from station, direct), and she provided all assistance requested. "very nice property. villa favorita is the most economy option in the hotel. rooms are nicely appointed, but quite dated - Fotos look too nice, beautiful, very large property, very nice spa, pool and exercise facility, breakfast is nice - buffet and space - weird how there is no direct way to outside. free bikes, however, they are in desperate need of service or replacement. overall very nice stay in beatiful ascona/locarno area"

"This villa accommodation is exceptionally good. Donatella welcomed us warmly and upgraded us to a lakeview room. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Great secure parking. Room super comfortable & large shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing. First time I was able to have eggs for weeks. Superb area. Loved it!!"

"We had such a lovely stay in the serene hillside house. Stefania was a lovely host (she lives in the house next door) who was very communicative. The large gardens and outdoor shower were magical. The drive up the lane is steep and narrow but you get used to it. Perfect place if you’re looking to get away from the hustle bustle and relax"

"wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht mussten aber wegen Krankheit eine stornieren lassen. Dass kostete uns trotz Zeiteinhaltung dann noch 20€.-Aber egal! Das zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad geräumig, in neu renoviertem Zustand. .Alter solider Bau und daher ohne NEBEN-Geräusche. Das einzige ist für längeren Aufenthalt, dass es nur sehr wenig Tagesliccht rein lässt. Der See mit Badestrand(öffentlich) ist ca. 100m Fussweg. Wir werden wieder hinfahren für kurze Aufenthalte."

"The place was presented as a hotel and conference centre. The rooms are small, we had to ask for them to change towels and sheets, the breakfast buffet was pretty terrible, and no one mentioned the place is also an old people's home as well. "

"We needed assemble then a week later break down our bicycle for a trip in the area. The hosts were extremely accommodating to our needs. Quite thoughtful throughout. Really just good people who liked what they do. Breakfast was great. The kids especially loved the chocolate croissants. Would definitely stay here again. Many thanks for wonderful bookends to our vacation."

"B&B lost our pre-paid booking and double booked our room. We were left with no place to stay. Owner was rude and unhelpful in providing us with or helping us find a reasonable alternative arrangement. We ended up having to stay somewhere else with significantly higher cost."
