"Lots of space, great for families, good location! It was easy to check in and good communication from the owner. Would recommend and stay again! Only suggestion is a coffee maker! "

"We (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Paul's place. They are excellent and responsive hosts. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house."

"The safety of my motorcycle was a concern for the owner, so I parked it elsewhere. The living room consisted of a kitchen table 4 kitchen table chairs and a TV. Bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning and bedroom window screen had to significant holes, so I kept the window closed to avoid insects. "

"Upon entry we were overwhelmed with the smell of pine cleaner and had to immediately open windows and doors in an attempt to air it out. By morning the pine cleaner odour faded and we detected the smell of cats. The furniture was old, worn and uncomfortable. Bed pillows were not very good quality."

"There was no kettle for coffee in the morning. No hot water, only warm. The blind didnt stay closed. We had to put up a blanket. Nice desk space. Had no idea it was a dorm where we had to supply our own small appliances. Faulty advertising saying it was a conference and resident place with no clarity on the building itself having us drive around the building a few times. Nice customer service at the front desk.
