"Francesco's property is in the middle of the old town and makes for a very picturesque location. The property has all you need (including air-conditioning for the hot summer months) and is within walking distance of the large supermarket, the beach, and several restaurants. The owner is very responsive and provided many tips and suggestions while we were there. Overall, an absolute must-visit!"

"We rented Villa Bougainvillea for 12 nights and had a wonderful time! The kids were rarely out of the pool. The pool was a perfect size for four kids aged 4-13 and had a good cleaning system so always felt fresh. Rooms were spacious and with sturdy furniture. The host (A.) was quick to answer any questions on WhatsApp. Good with a car since the road up to the house is steep, but this is well compensated by the gorgeous view."

"Amazing huge villa that was perfect for our family vacation. Super clean, zero problems in two weeks stay. Close to Rome, lake towns and shopping. Great kitchen for cooking for a crowd. Gorgeous property. Comfy beds. Electricity was expensive, as warned by others. Don't hesitate to book this fantastic villa!"
