The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. The owner is really helpful and welcoming."

"We rented Villa Bougainvillea for 12 nights and had a wonderful time! The kids were rarely out of the pool. The pool was a perfect size for four kids aged 4-13 and had a good cleaning system so always felt fresh. Rooms were spacious and with sturdy furniture. The host (A.) was quick to answer any questions on WhatsApp. Good with a car since the road up to the house is steep, but this is well compensated by the gorgeous view."

La maison est jolie, elle a l'empreinte du temps mais a été joliment modernisée ans le respect des pierres.elle se trouve dans la vieille ville d'anguilara sabazia, une des 3 villes autour du magnifique lac Bracciano.il y a un parking Payant à 150 mètres de la maison - pas facile de trouver une place le soir, mais beaucoup de choses peuvent aussi se faire à pied - dans Anguilara en profitant des jolies ruelles de la vieille ville : restaurants, lac etc... le petit jardin...

"If I could write a novel about this place this would be the perfect place to do it. A traditional rustic farmhouse that simply has everything single thing you need and if not the lovely host will find it. The setting is glorious. The history is wondrous and the pool is to die for. This was truly the most magical holiday. I will say that I was totally dubious owing to the fact that there were no reviews but I need not have worried. Simply stunning in every way."

"Gorgeous boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated and had a sunny terrace large enough to dine and lounge on. The hotel has wonderful lounge areas and sunny breakfast patios. The grounds are full of lush florals and beautiful landscaping, and a wonderful view of Lake Bracciano… Perfect place to rest and relax. But the real shine is the service. Cinzia went above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable and even drove me to the train station. The whole staff were wonderful and helpful. The only thing I’d ask is to add lights to the pathway leading to the hotel. To reach the restaurants uphill or the beaches downhill, there is a long stretch of road covered by trees. When you’re returning to the hotel at night on foot, you’re walking in the pitch black. Especially for a woman solo traveler, it could use improvement. "

"the place is very clean,quiet .great place for family stay.good customer service.the reception lady will happily answer all your queries. it's a bit far from tourist area. Metro station is 2min walk which is a plus.it's at least 30 minutes from the center so plan accordingly .i think not many good restaurants around the place if you are picky eater . i will stay there if i visit the area again.great hospitality and family -friendly "
