"This apartment was such a great stay for our trip to Rome. It has a great location away from the crowds and is so convenient to get to everything. We had delicious cappuccinos every morning from a nice little spot a few minutes from our place. Apartment was clean and kept well with all amenities we needed. Very convenient to all sites by bus which was at the corner. The busses ran every 10 minutes or so and took you right into town. From there it was an easy walk. We also used Uber a few times...

"We spent a few days here and went into Rome two days. The location is very close to a bus stop that takes you to the Metro and on in to Rome. Very easy and no worry to drive or park. The house had a lot of room and was cool. The host was very nice and accommodating."

"We had a fantastic stay. Our hosts were wonderful - Incredibly welcoming, warm and supportive. They were both very helpful in offering helpful travel advice for the local area and Rome itself. The flat was perfect with all the necessary amenities. Clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for access to Romes surrounding areas. The train station is just 10 mins drive and 25minutes into Rome. We definitely hope to stay again!"

"This was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The owner was super helpful in helping me get to Ariccia, and she had managers on site to help as well. The area was great for going on leisurely walks and dropping into cafes. The view from the top level condominium was excellent and it is very quiet up there. It was great!"

"This apartment is beautifully designed and decorated, and there are plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance. Stefano is an attentive, kind, and respectful host. Thank you for your suggestions, Stefano! It's nice to sometimes stay outside the city, but the location is still just a 15 EURO taxi ride from downtown Rome. I highly recommend this apartment, and the large outside patio area will not disappoint. Cheers!"

"Very relaxing "

"The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days...

The warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the comfort of the property allowed us to enjoy Italy in a way that would have been impossible without staying there.
