"The apartment was spacious which was very nice and a short walk to the grocery store. We were only there for two nights as a stop over to our next destination. It suited our needs and it was nice to have a kitchen so we were able to cook a meal. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. A nice place to stay. "

"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "
