"The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a quiet area. The price was very reasonable, and there is also car parking available at the hotel. It’s in a great location between Florence and Pisa, so we stayed there as a halfway point during our trip. The owner, Elena, and her brother are very nice and welcoming. They even helped us with a late-night check-in after 10 PM, which we really appreciated. Note for future guests: Regular check-in is between 2 PM and 8 PM. If you expect to arrive after 8...

"This was everything that we hoped a stay in Tuscany would be. The property is Iocated in a stunning location, the kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was clean and full of traditional charm. We had a meal in the attached restaurant that had a varied menu and the food was delicious."

"Very well maintained property"

"I liked that the room was clean."

"This hotel is centrally located right in Piazza SM Novella and just minutes walking distance from the train station. I opted for the breakfast which was a buffet with plenty of options. My only negative issue is that my room was tiny! And it was a room for two (double). If you have more than a small luggage, you'll find it close to impossible."

"Staff was amazing and location was perfect!!!! However it STUNK from the moment you walked in the door. They tried to cover it up but it was stinky."

"駅近なのにお得なお値段であるところが高評価です。清掃も行き届いており清潔ではあるものの、お部屋の古さはやや気になりました。特にシャワールームに仕切りがないことや、トイレの流水音が大きすぎる点は気になりました。また、立地が良いことと引き換えに電車による振動・騒音が多少あります。寝ている時に起こされるほどでは無いため、多くの人は気にならないかと思います。朝食はバリエーションが少ないものの味はとても美味しかったです。"

"Nice large room. Very comfortable."

"We stayed here for 4 nights our first trip to Florence and had such a wonderful time. Our visit here could not have been better. The breakfast was delicious each morning, it was very nice to have the shuttle, they were helpful in calling you a taxi if you needed, and the property was just beautiful. Gorgeous scenery, the room was beautiful we had a view of the garden and I loved getting to open up the window in the morning. A wonderful place and I know we will be back in the future."

"Lovely stay in a beautiful building, right in the heart of Florence. Definitely felt more luxurious than a 3*. Stayed with our 2 children in the family room and there was plenty of space for all of us."

"Nice breakfast, clean room."

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"Staff was great room needs a bigger bed side table to accommodate a cpap"
