"A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom."

"Convenient location being right opposite the train station. Clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Also reasonably priced and no frills of a chain hotel. It was exactly what I was expecting from the descriptions and photos provided. Did not have breakfast, so cannot comment."

"Old fashioned hotel about 15/20 mins walk from the leaning tower. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Hotel was very busy. Decent breakfast with more options for sweet choices rather than savoury, Staff were lovely."

"Quite basic but in a perfect position for the station and airport to have an overnight stay at a reasonable price. So would highly recommend for anybody looking for those priorities. Helpful staff."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so be prepared for cab fare. But are delish places to eat/drink within walking distance. "

"Efficient check-in and reception team was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, as were the staff in the breakfast room. Our room was kept clean with fresh towels everyday. The hotel is located very close to the station and airport shuttle, not in the best street but two minutes walk and you are at the start of everything."

"I cannot fault it for the price. The location is superb, my room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Your not going to get a pool on the roof at this price but I spent a very happy three nights here and will happily come back. The reception staff were excellent and helpful guiding me with things to do places to see and restaurants to eat in and maybe not visit. All in all a really good stay. "
