"A lovely hotel just beside Dublin airport. Very clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and accommodating. The bar staff worked very hard. They took great care washing and polishing the glassware. Very pleasant experience overall."

"No proper temperature control in the room. Thermostat on the wall was locked so that temperature couldn’t be changed. 21 degrees Celsius in a hotel room is too hot and stuffy for me to sleep well. In place of being able to change the thermostat there was a small portable air purifier type machine, with clear instructions on how to use it except that the remote to control it was also not available and it was tethered to its spot in the room so it couldn’t be relocated. All you could do with it was turn it on and let it blow cooler air across the room from the hallway to the bathroom. It was hard set to 10 degrees Celsius, again with no available way to alter the temperature or the speed of the blower, which was fairly loud as it turned out. Add in uncomfortable beds. So I did not get anywhere as close to a good night’s sleep that I really needed before getting on a 11 hour flight the next morning! Very disappointing experience! Buffet breakfast was bland and mediocre as well. "

"This hotel was in a perfect location being just around the corner from O'Connell Street. Also, the Air Coach pick up and drop off point was literally around the corner not more than a few minutes walk on O'Connell Street near the big Dublin sign. Also, it was in short walking distance of many pick up and drop off points for bus tours. I found the staff to be quite friendly and courteous during my interactions with them. Breakfast was quite sufficient: hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, cereal, breads, jams, pastries, yogurt, etc. The room was clean and maintained daily. I love that there was an ironing room as I like to wear button down shirts under sweaters. My only qualm is that I wasn't clear on how to arrange a noon check-in for an early arrival. I ended up having to wait out 4 hours in the lounge area before checking in. However, this is a very good place to stay for a reasonable enough price. I will definitely seek to stay here again the next time I am in Dublin."

"Had a great time at this lovely space outside Dublin city center! Easy cab ride into downtown, but also enough to do in walking distance from the house. Gorgeous outdoor area as well for grilling and hanging."
