"Amazing stay. Property was beautiful with great views. The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable, the water pressure was strong and it was cool to stay in a cave. Staff was amazing and provided top notch service from the front desk to who helped with bags to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. We booked tours, the hammam spa, and airport transfers all through the hotel and they were incredibly communicative and great at coordinating. I only wish we had stayed longer"

"The staff is very nice. He let us to keep our luggages at the reception after check out. He even let us use the kitchen to make tea ourselves. The room is quite spacious. The only thing is that the floor could do some sweeping. Also the sewer of the toilet is blocked making the water very slow to go down. I loved this place because it’s walkable to the Goreme city center. There was also Burger King near the place."
