"cute clean house. location suited me due to being there for work not far away from this house. In front of the house is a park - very green (bamboo, olives, fruit trees) with a big tree giving shades in summer for the car and the people :-) Not sure how you want to squeeze in 5 people though. Suitable for 2-3 people I would say. Good Internet as well. The Host was very friendly and responsive. "

"Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend."

"We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. "We specifically chose this place for the hot tub and sauna/steam room. The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there they said they could drain the water and replace but wouldn’t be ready for two days because it has to have time to warm up. Not sure why this wasn’t done ahead of time instead of it just sitting there. We were going to be checked out before it was fixed so we were sol. The A/C in master room was broken and I contacted host with no answer. Called support and they advised me...

"Wunderschönes Häuschen, alles dort wird wirklich mit liebe gepflegt und das sieht man. Die gastgeber waren soo freundlich und haben uns gegen ein faires Entgeld bekocht , es war sooo lecker . Der pool ist top. Wir können nichts negatives sagen ausser dass es bei uns unten phme klima wirklich sehr heiss war , die Räume oben haben eine klima. Man ist auf jeden fall auf ein Auto angewiesen . "We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is under-emphasized— it’s spectacular with a breath taking view. It’s convenient to the A-11 Autostrada and the rail system allows easy transportation to the fast trains. It’s quiet and private, traditional and beautiful, old and unique… a real treat"
