"Lots of stairs to the bedroom and the tub shower was hard to get into for someone with knee problems. The washer dryer was off premises around to the back to the back of the house. wish they had left written instructions about how to get there , had to text her. Location was great!"

"First, about the host .. I found Michelle to be very sincere and compassionate. The apartment was fantastic... Light, airy, super comfortable. The location was ideal for me, just a couple of short blocks from downtown. No need to drive all over fighting traffic and looking for parking. Ample convenient assigned off street parking right out the door. Neighbors and neighborhood was very quiet. Kitchen was equipped with anything you could need for cooking and serving... dining room comfortably...

"Furniture appeared to be random and old as if bought from a thrift store. Flooring baseboards were broke and chipped. Mold was visible in areas in the restroom. Had to kill small roaches at least once every other day until I bought a pesticide. Would not recommend a stay here ever. Luckily I was working most of the time. "

"The house and location are nice . There were no glasses or coffee cups in the home. The kitchenette leaves something to be desired. There is no sink in that area and the refrigerator is sitting directly on the floor which makes it hard to open the door. The bedrooms and the living area are very nice. I would recommend the home to someone else, but would caution them about the kitchenette."
