From the apartment you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the sea, you can admire many unforgettable sunsets. The sea finds itself below the house at only 130 mt, the closest beach is the Madonna delle Grazie at 300 mt.

From the apartment you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the sea, you can admire many unforgettable sunsets. We are only 2,5 Km from the ancient village of Capoliveri and if you love to walk you can comfortably and very practically reach it by foot via the path of the Madonna delle Grazie, especially during the winter period, as pilgrimages have to the namesake Sanctuary.
The apartment is composed of a living room, kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, master bedroom, bedroom (with single Bed), bedroom (bunk bed), bathroom with shower, Terrace where you can eat outside, parking space.
