The staff was amazing. My friend and I came from the United States and there was an obvious language barrier. They were patient with us and extremely helpful.

Room and hotel were immaculate. Staff were attentive and pleasant.

Staff were kind and gracious, the meals, very generous, and the accommodation is quite comfortable. I would stay there again.

The hotel reception was spectacular, the manager and his two assistants at the front desk are very professional, willing to help at all times, they deserve 5 stars, happy new year to everyone there

Beautiful modern quiet but a bit remote from airport need car, as no shuttle from airport, and the only place we would stay if here again

We loved the Santa Caterina hotel, and would highly recommend it to anyone, families, couples, singles. It is in a great location to visit many of the beautiful towns surrounding it, Etna, and Catania. Acireale is Baroque as is much of this part of Italy and very close to the Isole Ciclope of Odyssey fame. Fabulous area, great food, local life.

Excellent and very large apartment accomodation accessing Mt Etna, Catania and Taormina. Big apartment terrace views of Catania and the sea and back door views directly on Etna. Exceptional made to order breakfast from local cafe delivered to the room. Apartment washer/laundry facilities perfectly met our needs. Great accommodation at great value.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a middle of nowhere

The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments.
