"Great location. Modern and nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable beds. Different types of pillows available in the room. Thank you so much for the low pillow! Fast check in/out. All of the people are incredibly generous with their time and advice. The cleaning lady is so helpful and kind. The staff exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay and would definitely return!"

"This hotel was wonderful. It had charm and was clean and cute. I loved the balcony overlooking the piazza and the cathedral. My only complaint was the 'free breakfast'. I think I would rather pay. The store where the coupon works for free breakfast weren't so kind and you just got a pastry and a cappucino for breakfast for free. It's probably worth it to find somewhere to pay for breakfast. The hosts were very nice and accomodating. I loved this hotel."

"We spent one night only and it was the perfect location in the center of Vulcano, close to the shops, the port and the start of the trail to the crater. Our room was very clean and gave on the very cute porch of the hotel. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we had a nice chat with him. He recommended a couple of places for us to have dinner. We were not rushed to check-out after we came back from our morning hike the next day. A great place to stay, in my opinion."

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."
