"A minha estadia no hotel foi muito boa. Cheguei mais cedo e me ofereceram check-in antecipado, todo mundo muito educado e competente. Serviço de quarto rápido, quarto espaçoso e aconchegante, chuveiro potente e hidromassagem excelente. Gostaria de deixar um elogio em especial para a equipe do restaurante Vitorino que me atendeu e me orientou sempre com a maior educação, boa vontade e respeito! Mesmo com muita gente presente por conta de eventos, foram capazes de dar a atenção necessária tanto pro pessoal que estava lá pelas convenções, quanto para os hóspedes usuais como era o meu caso. Foi um prazer, mesmo que curta, a minha estadia pelo hotel Vitorino."

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—they went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. It was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place with top-notch service!"

"Boa localização central. Recepcionistas nao muito amigaveis e cafe da manha meio regulado. Ex: banana picada e cuscuz disponível para servir no maximo 2 pessoas. Poucas opções de canal de televisão, 90% ou mais dos canais sao religiosos. Mas apesar disso voltaria a ficar no hotel. "
