The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Please note that access to the unit requires climbing a flight of stairs.
- The two reserved parking spaces are located inside the complex's parking garage, with a clearance of just under 7 feet. Additionally, paid street parking is available nearby.
- Please note that this is a single unit that shares walls with neighboring homes.
- The Capitola Village neighborhood is lively and conveniently located near a main road, which means there’s occasional traffic noise. If a quiet environment is essential for your stay, please keep this in mind.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
