"Hotel was nice room was good. Staff however was not helpful. Concierge desk could not even give me directions to metro station. She just said to take an uber. The website said it is a 3 min drive. I put into my gps and its a 15 min drive. I asked another guest and they were able to tell me how to get there in 3 mins. They didnt tell me i needed a voucher for breakfast even when i asked at checkin that it was included. No mention that i needed a voucher. Then our 2nd night there a group of young kids checked in. All on our floor. 2 and a half hours of yelling and running up and down halls along with slamming doors. I called down and they said they would speak to chaperones. Continued til 1030 pm. Woken up by 5:30 to the start of it all over again. Complained again at check out but they had nothing to say but sorry. "

"It was a nice room there was no bad smell we enjoyed our stay although the tub water was not draining correctly when I showered but other Then that it was very clean."

"The reviews about the smell in the hotel are absolutely correct. The hallways smell horrible getting to your room and my room had a weird smell to it as well. It’s dog hair all in the carpets around the building and in the elevator as well. The double queen room is spacious and has a stove top, microwave, refrigerator and freezer but you have to bring your own utensils. And for four people it was only 2 washcloths and 4 towels which I don’t understand at all. Parking is free and infront of the building and behind it but some spots are very dark so be careful at night. The staff were pretty good that much I can say. If they fix the little things this isn’t a bad place to stay. I’d stay here again if need be."

"Cockroaches in room. Dirty towels. No chairs"

"The place is perfect if you are on a budget and or in need to rest. With no amenities it will be hard to stay there if you have small kids because not even a coffee maker is available to heat up some water let alone a microwave. When I checked in the lady was very professional and enthusiastic however for my checked out the gentleman was fully sleeping and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. Considering the location with a busy highway the place was very quiet."

"Nice renovated rooms"

"The staff were never at the front desk and you had to dial "0" for someone to answer the front desk phone and then they would eventually show up but did not appear overly excited to have to do so. We asked if we could change the channel on the TV in the lobby and were told no. Asked if we could all gather at the outdoor table/chair area in the back by the pool on an amazing sunny day (as the door was locked) and were told no. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled so badly of pot the entire time, it was disgusting. Breakfast was minimal, with zero fresh fruit. After waiting for the eggs to be replaced on the buffet, they came out and were ice cold. We do not recommend this facility and will not return. "

"For a King room, the bathroom was extremely small. One could barely stand and turn around. The staff were wonderful."
