"Room was quite large. Air con was situated in lounge room, making it a little harder to control room temperature. Room also appeared to have undergone emergency maintenance with patches in walls visible as they hadn’t been painted yet. Tv in bedroom had a bright white light when not on making it difficult to have complete darkness. Overall the room was tidy, bed was a solid mattress and not 2 stuck together and staff were extremely helpful"

"No complimentary water is provided in the rooms. Supplying at least one bottle of drinking water is standard practice across hotels and should be implemented. On the first night (Friday, 16‑10‑2026), although a small table for two was available at the restaurant, the receptionist refused to seat me for dining solely because I was a single guest and instead offered a bar stool, which I declined. This behaviour is unacceptable, and management should take corrective action regarding this staff member."

"Stayed here for the weekend with a friend for work and got the Queen balcony room which was clean and the bed was comfy, great fleece blanket for some extra warmth during the cold night. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Room had a fridge, kettle, microwave, air conditioning and tv. Plenty of parking and the area was peaceful. Loved listening to the birds in the morning."

"This property was so perfect, for the price. The front desk agent was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at the property at 11am asking if I could leave my luggage there since check-in was at 4pm. He asked me about my trip, I told him how long it was, and he said he would do whatever he could to get me into a room so that I can get some rest after a 20hour flight. He got me a room less than 15 Minutes if she made sure I let him know if I needed something. Kuddos to this guy, he was amazing."

"The property has a lovely ambience and offers a comfortable, peaceful, and tranquil stay. However, it needs better maintenance and care. With some improvements to the garden and overall landscaping, it could easily become a charming boutique hotel. I also noticed some possible water quality issues, as there were stains in the toilet, and having a microwave in the room would be a useful addition. Overall, it is a comfortable and relaxing place with great potential to be even better. Thanks"

"With the hotel attached to the Tradies Club and located in the restaurant are of Dickson you are truely spoilt for choice in eating and entertainment. Rooms are an excellent size and have all necessary plate wear and cutlery for the local takeaway or private food supply and there is a good breakfast menu if you so desire. The microwave and toaster (on request ) allow reheats. The rooms were clean , tidy and quiet. Undercover parking is supplied by the club and is extensive and roomy with direct lift access to your room area. There were also motel at the door parking spots for those rooms. Staff were super friendly and professional. Excellent place to stay!"
