We were there at an off season but had the most amazing time. Every room has an amazing view! Uber pickup and drop off was easy and safe. "We really enjoyed staying at Casa Swell. It has a wonderful vibe in a semi-rustic setting. There are a limited number of rooms around a lovely pool. Beside the pool is an ample shared area, no walls but under a roof, including a large shared kitchen. They do not offer meals except for breakfast but each room is assigned space in a fridge/freezer and a cupboard in the kitchen. It is well-equipped for cooking. Everyone from "J" (the owner) and his family to other guests were friendly. He came to pick us up from the center of Coronado rather than have us bother with a taxi. Coronado is a small town and Casa Swell was able to hook us up with good information on places to eat, realtors to use, and other tricks of life there. We liked it so much that when we decided to reduce our time elsewhere to focus on Coronado, I just called J and said, "Block a room!" It is not elegant or fancy, but if you want a small oasis to relax amid "friends", Casa Swell is an excellent option. "

"This was the second time my wife and I stayed at Villa Caprichosa and we absolutely love it. Nadgee immediately recognized us as returning guests when she picked us up at the dock and greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile. I am sure she sees and meets numerous people but that alone got our visit off to a great start. Once we were at the property it was like being in our own private oasis. The first night we stayed in the Champagne Diamond which offers a private terrace overlooking the island and gave amazing views. The rest of our visit was spent in the Hidden Gem suite and I cannot express how much we enjoyed it. From the separate sitting room to the private pool to the private balcony with beach chairs perfect for enjoying the delicious Pina Coladas made by Basilio the bartender, we were thoroughly impressed with the property even more than on our initial visit. Anytime we wanted food, drinks or a ride somewhere on the island both Basilio and Christopher happily took care of us without delay. It was a truly incredible experience. If you ever have the opportunity to visit Taboga Island do it and do yourself a favor by staying at Villa Caprichosa. You will not be disappointed with whichever villa or suite you choose. And if you're lucky you'll get to meet Diane Burn, the owner who oversees this spectacular property. Taboga Island has become our go-to getaway location and Villa Caprichosa is where we will always stay. We look forward to returning for years to come. "

"We had a great stay at Casa de Campo Mia! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The place was quiet and cute, with a billiards table, ping pong and a very nice pool. The location is also ideal, not too far from a few restaurants and grocery stores. Nueva Gorgona didn't have too many foreign tourists when we visited. Friendly locals and safe feeling when walking around during the day. Mia was our cozy home base for 3 days while we visited Valle de Anton and Playa Blanca areas. Playa Malibú is also a 5 minute drive away and was the best beach of the several beaches we visited within two hours drive of Panama City. Great experience overall! "
