"The room was large and clean, if a bit dated. We did not need to use the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable for those who like soft beds (we did) Air conditioning worked fine, but the window unit did make some noise at night. The location is convenient to a lot of great places Manage expectations and you will be happy. this is a motel, not a resort. Checking in and out were easy for us. "

"Fun location - fully working marian lots to watch from the expansive deck - super cool for a couple small kitchen and deck made it fun just to hang out in room - spent a weekend there and everything was within a close walk/cart ride - Smitty was more that accommodating and very responsive"

"The carpet was filthy! The floors were so crooked and uneven I nearly fell upon entering the house. The front porch was falling apart and a real danger for anyone who carelessly leaned on the posts or screens - you could fall right out. The recessed lights and old AC units were falling out of the ceiling and the electrical outlets looked as if they had been on fire. The washer and dryer did not work and there was no outside trash can although we were instructed to put our trash in the outside...
