"We went there for a three day week end,reserved three day.Turned out we decided to leave one day early.NOTHING to do with the hotel.Amazingly out of the blue upon our check out they REFUNDED the third day we we were not to be there !!! How nice was that,really.Clean organized and very safe.If you leave breakfast still hungry you have a serious problem.We're happy with our stay there."

"O Hotel Cupim não esta em condições de receber ninguém, esta abandonado, piscina completamente suja sem uso a meses, sala de jogos improprio para uso fechado a meses, quartos depredados com lenões furados, cortinas rasgadas, vidraças quebradas, telhado desmoronando colocando o cliente em risco de morte, área externa inutilizável cheio de mato, acesso ao hotel péssimo, o que se vê no site é o Cupim de 30 anos atras quando era lindo, hoje só se salva o atendimento da recepção com café da manhã,...

"Tive confirmação da reserva por e mail mas só fui avisada que foi cancelada a hospedagem 2 horas antes do check in. Estava preparada pra ir ao local quando recebi o cancelamento da estadia. Foi descontado no meu cartão e ainda não fui estornada. Não tem um canal de atendimento e não responderam as mensagens que enviei. Péssimo atendiMento!!!"

"Tiny rooms with tiny bathrooms. The room is okay if you only care about sleeping on a bed. There’s no extras e.g. place to put clothes, drawers, shelves l, etc. Very difficult to move around if two people are staying in the room."
