"Beautiful property, well equipped with breakfast hamper provided. Felt very secure but further from the sea than described. Only issues was the limited head room in places as this is located in the roof space of the building ie toilet area of bathroom, shower, living room. Bed is located in a corner and head space is limited whilst in bed. A lovely property otherwise. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful old building facing the seafront. It was nice to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day while sitting on the balcony or wrapped in a blanket at the start of a day, sitting in the rocking chair, sipping coffee and watching the day break. Check in was very easy and Debbie and Phil were quick to respond to our questions. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Right on the promenade of Herne Bay, this 2 bedroom apartment is in very nice condition with just about everything you might need for your stay. There is off street parking for 1, and both berooms have a small balcony giving excelent views of the bay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a lovely beach vibe and has everything you need. The location is great - just across the road from the beach and close to Sandgate's coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Nikki was very quick to respond to questions before we booked, and our dog really appreciated the welcome treats."

"I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. "Throughly enjoyed our stay here , host have the perfect set up and only a short distance to Hythe town centre which has a great deal to offer for food and drink . The property is well set up with everything you need inside and a private enclosed garden for our furry friend . Totally recommend great hosts great place great price great getaway ."
